POSITIONS

v  ERECTION SUPERVISOR- 15 Nos

v  SITE SUPERVISOR- 15 Nos

v  PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR- 15 Nos

v  CONCRETE REPAIRS SUPERVISOR- 15 Nos

·         Salary for these position would be in the SAR 4000- 4,500 range (basic salary). 

·         A housing allowance of 2 x base salary is offered and a transport allowance of SAR500 per month is also paid. 

·         Temporary accommodation would be provided for the first 2 weeks free of charge. 

·         Medical insurance is provided. 

·         Positions are on single status with 1 economy class flight per annum

Ø  ERECTION SUPERVISOR:

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities.

·         Supervise an erection crew. Includes training, and dismissal of employees.

·         Responsible for supervising subcontractors, logistics, traffics management and act as the liaison between the site installation and the specially constructed precast factory.

·         Ability to speak English fluently.

·         Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and other job site personnel.

·         Planning and scheduling of all erection work.

·         Communicating with project managers, owners, engineers, inspectors etc. as necessary to complete work on time and with profitability.

·         Establish equipment needs for each project and order cranes and lift equipment if needed.

·         Insure that all equipment and tools are well maintained and receive necessary service.

Applicants must meet the following requirements.

·         Preferably have a college degree with a minimum of a high school diploma.

·         Must have a thorough knowledge of precast concrete erection. This includes erection of wall panels, beams, column and hollow core panels. Must have a minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in this field.

·         Must be able to read and understand architectural, structural and shop drawings.

·         Must be an excellent communicator with strong verbal and writing skills.

·         Must be a self-starter, highly motivated, and able to reason through problems.

·         Experience in the Middle East would be beneficial although not essential.

·         Must be free from vertigo problem, cardiovascular diseases as the nature of work involves handling heavy loads and working at heights.

·         Must be above-average understanding of OSHA and HSE laws and regulations.

Ø  SITE SUPERVISOR:

In addition to the Erection supervisor Scope above,

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

·         Must be enthusiastic and organized individuals to join the team.

·         Responsible for providing essential "hands-on" site supervision of projects across KSA.

·         Ability to speak English fluently.

·         Must be able to effectively understand and write procedures, present information to employees, managers.

Applicants must meet the following requirements

·         Have a relevant trade background, ideally in precast erection, bricklaying, concrete repair or diamond drilling and / or previous building industry experience in a supervisory role.

·         Have experience in precast civil construction installation is essential with experience of overhead launching gantries and moveable scaffolding systems beneficial.

·         Must be an enthusiastic and proactive team player, who has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work.

·         Have excellent supervisory and communication skills.

·         Must be computer literate.

·         Must be well organized with excellent time keeping.

·         Must be comfortable working at height.

·         Must be above-average understanding of OSHA and HSE laws and regulations

Ø  PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR:

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

·         Assists the Plant Manager in scheduling the activities of the production team in the construction and stripping of precast products.

·         Directs and coaches the crews in performance of their work.

·         Communicates and collaborates with management and quality control personnel to optimize production quality and batch plant workflow.

·         Assists with interpreting and administering company policy. 

·         Have three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the architectural, precast, or construction industry.

·         Associates degree in business, management, construction or engineering field preferred. 

·         Ability to speak English fluently.

·         Must be able to effectively understand and write procedures, present information to employees, managers, customers and vendors.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·         Training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. 

·         Serves as a hands-on role model for employees with regard to attendance, timeliness, loyalty, mutual respect and support for organizational teamwork and continuous improvement 

·         Develops daily and weekly production schedules and estimates work hour requirements for completion of job assignment, batch plant efficiency and table utilization. 

·         Works closely with mold building and quality personnel to ensure mold readiness, quality and availability. 

·         Leads daily production meetings to discuss production schedules, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, and to ensure ongoing organizational teamwork. 

·         Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders to associates, and assign duties.

·         Established or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. 

·         Inspects molds and products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup personnel.

·         Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. 

·         Develops and maintains time and production records. 

·         Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product. 

·         Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. 

·         Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems. 

·         Initiates or suggests plans to motivate associates to achieve work goals 

·         Works with Management to track and reduce the level of precast product rework and fixes.

·         Must be above-average understanding of OSHA and HSE laws and regulations.

Ø  CONCRETE REPAIRS SUPERVISOR:

This position includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities:

·         Experienced Concrete Supervisor has good ability to motivate workers on concrete pour and building construction projects.

·         Has good leadership abilities and a strong knowledge of concrete pulls repairs and pours.

·         Has 10 years’ experience working as a Concrete Supervisor and a high school diploma.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

·         Good ability to manage employees and discipline them when needed.

·         Extensive knowledge of concrete work and building construction.

·         Hands-on and skills for all kind repairs and surface preparations.

·         Good interpersonal and oral communication skills.

·         Able to coordinate with project managers and read blueprints.

·         Good assessment of worksite and planning.

·         Must be above-average understanding of OSHA and HSE laws and regulations.

·         Excellent time management skills.
